Millennial Opportunity: The US Congress Congratulates Ethiopia on the 2nd Millennium

Global Strategic Enterprises, Inc for Peace and Prosperity-;

Dear Patriotic Global Citizens and Friends of Ethiopia:

This is rather interesting and heartworming where Congressman Donald Payne- who knew Ethiopia so closely and Congressman Honda- formed the Ethiopia caucus and drafted this rather interesting Bill.

At last, justice is being done and the US Congress chose to bless rather than curse via HR2003 the unique US-Ethiopia relationship.

This is a spcial landmark as Mayor Adrian Fenty of Washington DC has declared 12th September 2007 as Ethiopian Millennium Day.

In the end, the truth and only the trugh shall set all of us free. Congressman Payne, this is the truth and I recommend you withdraw the contemptuous and pejorative language in your bill and make it a "unique Millenial Bill with win-win diplomatic strategy", that generations from now on will refer to it as a landmark in human history.

The United States Congress led by democrats have another chance to be a positive force for good towards good governance of multi-lateral diplomacy. You cannot expect a new reverse "slave-trade" diplomantic strategy in 21st century and expect Ethiopia-the motherland of freedom and independence- to go along.

The majority of people who know the authors of HR 2003, feel that the congressional system is illserved and even betrayed by some of the partisan research staffers who are feeding key congressiional leaders with the wrong information for other purposes,other than maintaining the national interests of the United States of America. Concerned citizens and advocates of improved US-Ethiopoia relations want the congressional research team, to wake up and verify all the breafings by two or more independent and unrelated staffers before you publish the works of known political activists that are embeded in the the congressional research team.

When one or two congressmen collaborate with each others such as the case of Congressman Payne and Honda of Ethipian Caucus, you have a chance to be fair. We trust the House International Subcommittee will have access to independent intelligence and analysis for the good of our repsective US-Ethiopian relationship that has lasted more than half of US indpendent nation state.

Here is H.Res. 550 and trust Congressman Payne will do the same with HR 2003. Convert it to bless the US-Ethiopia relatinship, on the basis of equal partnership for a better future.

with regards and wishing you a bleseed season of Millennium
